Entrusted by a well known Melbourne (and overseas) business man with his very own, personal development and family holiday home, Concept Studio where able to not only meet the challenges of the site and local Council Guidelines but in turn also satisfy the particular needs of the client and his family. 
End result was this beautiful 2x Town House project, only meters from the beach!

Custom Home Featured in HOME Design + Living Magazine

The existing old house on this compact, irregular site was demolished to make way for this new, cleverly designed full-size modern family home with all the creature comforts. Working with the odd shape of the property, Council constraints and a beautiful, existing mature tree that needed to be retained, the resulting home has real street appeal with real impact!

Twin Peaks

A 1x 1950s single storey cream brick house made way for a new 2x two storey townhouse development, giving this family their brand new dream home + a wonderful investment for future planning! No cookie cutter, recycled designs used here that can be found in every second street ... this project was custom designed to suit the families individual needs, the site and the area.

East Bentleigh meets The Hamptons

The existing, typical cream brick family home on a corner site was removed to make way for this 2x Town House development. Maximising its' orientation, the homes were custom designed to perfectly meet the clients' needs ... 1 Town House would become their brand new family home while the other, became their financial investment. Great design, great street appeal with a great outcome! 

The Big Mac

A stunning extension and renovation took this lovely home in McKinnon from now to wow! The family was quickly outgrowing their tired home and were in desperate need of extra space, while the home was in desperate need of some extra TLC.
The first floor addition seamlessly blends in with the original home, as though it was always there. Wonderful design and beautifully finished.

Through clever design, this European inspired new home on an awkwardly positioned site in a beautiful location … no, not overlooking the Mediterranean Sea but right on the water's edge of Patterson Lakes … was able to capitalise on it's views from the areas that mattered most while still meeting the family's daily needs perfectly!

Traditional Turned Bright Contemporary

this project converted a tired Post War single storey weatherboard house into a beautifully renovated and extended California Bungalow residence with a contrasting, modern two storey addition to the rear of the house. 
Connection the new ground floor Living area with the new first floor Library via a stunning Void and 'Bridge' was a surprising feature the owners simply did not expect or imagine.

Our clients wanted to drag this ugly duckling out of the 80s and into the 00s in preparation for sale. The result was a beautifully renovated and extended home that the new owners absolutely fell in love with, meeting all their family's needs and requirements.
